What is needed in the Horn of Africa, is statesmen, who understand physical economy. Meddlers and people who talk of war are not thinking clearly. You have millions of poor Africans living in this region. In some areas for decades. What is needed is physical economic growth. Instead of people reacting with old grudges, we need calm thoughtful discussion on how to eliminate poverty in this impoverished poor region of Africa. We do not need an inflow of military armaments and soldiers. We need scientists, engineers, agronomists, hydrologists, and manufacturers. Instead of spending on weapons, we should extend credit for massive investments in infrastructure.
