Genocide Deniers Beware: Netanyahu Has Robbed The Jewish People Of Their Soul

July 29, 2025

It is no longer possible for genocide deniers to refuse to admit what the entire world sees, and what the Palestinian people in Gaza are experiencing. The world is witnessing the methodical destruction of Gaza through continual bombings, the daily murder of Palestinians living in Gaza, and the intentional starvation of Palestinians daily. Civilization has not seen this kind of systematic extermination of a people for eighty years. The state of Israel is knowingly committing the crime of genocide. Netanyahu has stolen the precious souls of Jewish people everywhere. This is a direct attack on Judaism and on the laws of the universe. Jews with a conscience, feel the extreme pain of their tormented souls, every day.

As well-informed Jews know but may not want to admit: Netanyahu is spitting on the noble philosophical tradition of Jewish history and culture. That includes his rejection of: Philo of Judea, a contemporary of Jesus (20 BCE-50 CE); Moses Maimonides (1138-1204); Moses Mendelssohn (1729-1786); and Yitzhak Rabin (1922-1995).

Netanyahu and his supporters stand nakedly exposed. Hamas has been militarily defeated and the objective of bringing the hostages home is a faint cry, barely uttered by the Israeli government. They have created a “man-made” famine, which is spreading in Gaza, a premeditated outcome of Israel’s’ policy. Famine, which is rare, is defined as: a situation in which at least one in five (or 20 percent) of households have an extreme lack of food and face starvation and destitution, resulting in extremely critical levels of acute malnutrition and death.

Israel’s actions today are clear: exterminate Palestinians in Gaza and destroy any hope of a Palestinian State. Some people living in and out of Israel, foolishly believe this genocide will provide security for the Israeli State. They are wrong. It guarantees only insecurity and fear for decades to come. Palestinians who survive this murderous tragedy will never forget and will shout “never again.”

Total obliteration of Gaza by Israel (courtesy of pbs.org)

It will take a new generation of Israeli leaders and a new generation of Israeli citizens to correct and resurrect Israel to become a nation governed by morality and the laws of the creator. Whatever good there was in the state of Israel and the Israeli people in previous times, it has  been extinguished by Netanyahu’s murderous actions. As a result, Jews of good will from all over the world, will continue to suffer internally.

It is also now clear, if it was not earlier, that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Likud Party, intend not only to eliminate the Palestinian people in Gaza but to actually destroy the Palestinian State.

Netanyahu and the right wing Likud Party have for decades, always  opposed the existence of an independent Palestinian State. Thirty  years ago, in 1995, an assassin associated with the Likud Party, ended the life of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin when he was negotiating the creation of a Palestinian State with Yasser Arafat. Netanyahu for years facilitated financial support for Hamas in his manipulations against the Palestinian Liberation Organization’s promotion for an independent state.

We have just passed the 30th anniversary of the historic handshake in Washington DC on September 13, 1993, between Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin, and Palestine Liberation Organization Chairman, Yasser Arafat. It was a torturously conflicted handshake for Prime Minister Rabin, who previously viewed Chairman Arafat, as a mortal enemy.

Yes, It Is Genocide

While former leaders of Israel have spoken out, they have cowardly refrained from calling Israel’s actions today, genocide against the Palestinian people.

Former Israeli Defense Minister, Moshe Yaalon has said: “Shooting and killing, not in a life-threatening situation—this is murder and a war crime.”

Former Israel Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert has said: “The government of Israel is currently waging a war without purpose, without goals or clear planning and with no chances of success. Never since its establishment has the State of Israel waged such a war. The criminal gang headed by Benjamin Netanyahu has set a precedent without equal in Israel’s history in this area, too.”

The truth is finally being told by a Jewish scholar. Dr. Omer Bartov, a professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Brown University, has concluded that what Israel is doing in Gaza is indeed genocide. Bartov wrote in an op-ed  published in the New York Times:

“My inescapable conclusion has become that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people. Having grown up in a Zionist home, lived the first half of my life in Israel, served in the IDF as a soldier and officer and spent most of my career researching and writing on war crimes and the Holocaust, this was a painful conclusion to reach, and one that I resisted as long as I could. But I have been teaching classes on genocide for a quarter of a century. I can recognize one when I see one.”

“At that point it appeared no longer possible to deny that the pattern of IDF operations was consistent with the statements denoting genocidal intent made by Israeli leaders in the days after the Hamas attack.” (emphasis added)

Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and PLO leader Yasser Arafat in Casablanca, Morocco, October 30, 1994. (Saar Yaacov/GPO courtesy of 972mag.com). Rabin’s death killed Israel’s commitment to peace, allowing genocide to emerge

Effects of Genocide

Our souls are tormented every by the number of women and children that are killed intentionally by Israeli soldiers on orders from Netanyahu. Now, as deliberate starvation spreads, more children and women are dying every day from hunger, as desired.

Haaretz journalist Gideon Levy writes that the policy of “deliberate starvation has begun to yield results…This deliberate starvation has turned this war into the most horrific of Israel’s wars, certainly the most criminal of them. We have never starved 2 million people this way…Palestinians being reduced to skin-and-bones, resembling the victims of the Nazi concentration camps.”

According to data released by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, there has been, A 10% decrease in the population of Gaza Strip compared to the estimate of mid-2025.

Excerpts from this report released on July 11, 2025, include the following:

“Since the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7th, 2023, more than 57,000 Palestinians were martyred, constituting 2.4% of the total population of Gaza Strip, of whom about 18,000 were children and about 12,000 were women, in addition to about 11,000 missing persons until the end of June 2025. Approximately 100,000 Palestinians have also left Gaza Strip since the beginning of the brutal and ongoing Israeli aggression. The number of martyrs who died of famine reached 66 martyrs, and there is a possibility of death for 14,000 infants due to malnutrition and lack of food. The number of injured reached about 130,000, 70% of whom were women and children. Meanwhile, the number of martyrs in the West Bank reached 990 martyrs, and 6,700 others were injured due to attacks by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers.

Except for “genocide deniers,” every human being in the world sadly sees the daily systematic murder of women and children by the Israeli state through kinetic warfare and starvation. The consequence is not only an intentional population reduction of the Palestinian people living on the Gaza strip today. It will also decrease the rate of procreation of the Palestinian people. If you kill tens of thousands of women in their fertile age period and you murder young girls before they reach their reproductive age, you will drive down the fecundity of the Palestinian people. The result will be the diminution of the rate of reproduction of Palestinians.

Is it not obvious that the effect of Netanyahu and his anti-human allies in the Israeli government, the elimination of the Palestinian people and the obliteration of the Palestinian State? Netanyahu is not original in his evil thinking. King Leopold II of Belgium, the murderous pervert, who literally owned The Congo, killed millions of Congolese in the 19th and 20th centuries. His inhuman policies caused a reduction in the growth rate of the Congolese people and undermined the creation of a Congolese nation.

Ethiopia’s Majestic GERD Is Not Appreciated By The U.S. & West

July 21, 2024

On July 14, I participated in an hour long podcast called, The Winers (click on the video above). It was a friendly and informative discussion that centered around Ethiopia’s Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam-GERD, and its policy for development. After the podcast began with a three minute video of the GERD, we had a lively discussion that included the following topics.

  • What was wrong with USAID, and will President Trump’s African policy be better for Africa
  • President trump’s “lunch summit” with five African nations
  • United States’ historic role surveying the GERD from 1957 to 1964
  • Egypt’s geopolitical opposition to the GERD
  • President John Kennedy, the last US leader who understood Africa
  • Ethiopia’s commitment to expanding its manufacturing sector
  • Erroneous claim of China’s debt-trap policy
  • Progress by Ethiopia in agriculture especially production of wheat
  • The Global South’s opposition to Israel’s genocide in Gaza

“Rules-Based Order” Complicit in Crimes Against Humanity in Gaza

Jabalia Refugee camp in Gaza bombed twice in two days, courtesy of Al Jazeera

November 3, 2024

There can be no doubt anymore, after 394 days of murdering Palestinians, that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is eliminating the Palestinian population from this earth. Netanyahu is implementing his long held belief that Gaza should be “cleansed” of Palestinians, and eventually the West Bank too. Freeing the hostages is no longer a priority if it ever was one. Whether one chooses to call his actions against Palestinians genocide, which is a specific intent to eliminate a people, or crimes against humanity, which is a general intent to attack a civilian population, Palestinians are being exterminated. Palestinians are being bombed and murdered by the dozens, on a daily basis. Save the Children, estimates that 3,000 Palestinian children under the age of five have been murdered. UNICEF reports that at least 50 children were killed in Jabalya, Gaza on Friday and Saturday, according to the Washington Post.

Those beautiful souls with their precious minds will never experience the wonders of life in this world.

No longer can liberal Jews, who dislike Netanyahu, throw up their hands saying what else could he do, or spineless U.S. politicians, justify this hideous policy as a legitimate response to October 7, 2023. Or claim that Israel has a right to defend itself. It has gone way beyond these pseudo justifications. It is plain for all the world to see, whether you label it genocide or a crime against humanity. When the rubble from the bombed buildings is finally cleared, we will probably find 100,000 Palestinians died at the hand of Netanyahu and the Israel Defense Force.

Sadly, only two powers have the ability to end Netanyahu’s onslaught against the Palestinian people: the Israeli people themselves or the United States government. Tragically, neither has the morality nor the courage to take action to stop Netanyahu. Both have failed humanity. Only South Africa, has highlighted Israel’s crimes and sought justice for Palestinians at the International Court of Justice. For taking such a courageous action, their nation has suffered attacks and threats from Israel and the U.S. (Int’l Court of Justice Rules Genocide Plausible: Netanyahu & Biden Losing Support)

Instead of aspiring to the higher ideal of humankind articulated by Moses Mendelssohn, Moses Maimonides, and Philo Judaeus of Alexandria, the majority of Israeli people have sunk to the level of anti-human vengeance.

Rules-Based Order Has Failed

The U.S., anointed after World War II as the world’s superpower, and leader of the Atlantic Alliance, has the leverage to stop Netanyahu, but instead became complicit in his murderous rampage. No lying double talk from President Joe Biden, Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, and all their minions can cover up the truth. They know, as we all do, that innocent Palestinians are being murdered every day. They know, as the world knows, that food, water, medicine, and basic necessities are being intentionally withheld from Palestinians by the Israeli government. They know, or should know that Netanyahu, along with the same Israeli fanatics associated with his Likud Party, which assassinated Yitzhak Rabin, are implementing “ethnic cleansing” in Gaza.

The U.S. and Europe declare they represent superior ideals with their claims of support for democracy and human rights, as part of their so called rules-based order. What rule allows Israel to exterminate a people merely because they have the intent and power to do it. What rule allows a member nation of this rules-based order to compel a people to live in sub-human conditions with no escape, only waiting to die from bombs, bullets, disease, and hunger.

I listened last week to General Mark Miley (ret), former Chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff, extol the need for the continued existence of the rules-based order. According to Gen. Miley, the rules-based order was established after World War II to instill order, rules, and democracy in the world. The NATO military alliance, the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and Bretton Woods were all included in a rules-based order defined by the U.S., and Europe. Membership to their international order was accorded to those nations who acquiesced  to their rules. Nations were permitted to join this dominating alliance if they behaved appropriately by accepting their belief system.

However, it is now clear for all the world to see, that the so called rules-based order is either impotent to stop the slaughter of the Palestinian people or chooses not to. Either way, it has proved itself to be a failure; incapable of serving the interest of civilization.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (Courtesy of Wikipedia)

Beyond Hypocrisy

For the last seventy-five years, the rules-based order has guided the direction of the world, according to Gen. Miley. However, during this period, the so called “First World” nations have committed many crimes. Military invasions, regime change, failed coups, threats, economic warfare, and assassinations have been conducted against less powerful nations. The arrogant, condescending justification for these illegal acts by the advanced sector nations is: making the world safer, more stable, and more democratic. If we just glance at the last quarter century we see that the target of the “rules-based order” has been against nations of the “Third World.”

The list of criminal actions acceptable to the rules of the West, include:

  • Afghanistan-invasion and occupation for over twenty yeqars;
  • Iraq-regime change, judicial assassination of President Hussein, destruction of the nation, mass deaths, and the creation of ISIS;
  • Libya-regime change, military assassination of President Gaddafi, resulting in a failed state, and expansion of Boko Haram and violent extremism in North Africa;
  • Syria-invasion, attempted regime change;
  • Gaza-military, financial, and political support for Israel’s extermination of the Palestinian people.

Unfortunately for Palestinians, Israel, the U.S., and the World, the next American President will do nothing to stop the crimes that Israel is committing in Gaza. Although the approach of each candidate will be different, neither of the two nominees possess the morality, wisdom, and courage to stop the atrocities being perpetrated against the Palestinian people.

While it may appear to naïve supporters of Netanyahu that he is winning his war against Hamas in Gaza; it is at best a short term pyrrhic victory. There is little doubt that Netanyahu and his clique will be considered the worst and most destructive government in Israel’s brief history. If Jews in Israel and around the world feel pride and a touch of machismo in the  mass murder of Palestinians, they are only fooling themselves. Netanyahu has not brought Israel security. On the contrary, he has guaranteed that the future of Israel will never be secure. One cannot eliminate the innate desire of a people to free themselves from their occupying force.

The souls of thousands of innocent Palestinians massacred by Israel will haunt future generations of Israelis for many years to come.

December 24, 2023

This article is my Christmas gift to Jews, Muslims ad Christians suffering around the world today.

The Angels heralded the birth of Jesus Christ, “peace on earth and good will to men” ( Luke 2:14). His birth in Bethlehem, Palestine, over 2,000 years ago, was to bring a new epoch for humankind, imbued with agape- love. Today, Gaza, Palestine, is a “Living Hell.”

Following the brutal killing and kidnapping of innocent Israelis by Hamas on October 7, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has launched an all-out war against the Palestinians living in Gaza. Thousands of tons of munitions are being dropped on Gaza by the Israeli Defense (IDF) including 2,000 pound “dumb bombs” (unguided), which cause maximum damage on civilian targets. The indiscriminate relentless bombardment of hospitals, refugee camps, schools , churches, apartment buildings, for 11 weeks, except for a 1 week pause,  has created a “Hell on Earth” for Gazans, on the eve of the celebration of the birth of Christ.

Innocent civilians are being herded like animals to southern Gaza, where they are also bombed. According to the United Nations, 576,000 Gazans face extreme hunger-26% of the population. Over 80%-1.8 million of Gaza’s population of 2.2 million people are displaced with nowhere to go. Lack of clean water, food, electricity, and basic health services is turning the Gaza strip into an equivalent of an open-air, concentration camp* without the barbed wire. Over 20,000 Palestinians have been killed and 53,000 wounded by Netanyahu and the IDF, in less than two months-averaging 2,000 deaths per week of combat. The majority have been women and children. Over 8,000 Palestinian children have had their lives snuffed out before they could experience what life is. That number will rise from the continued bombing assaults, scant medical provisions and services, and the lack of conditions on the ground to support human life. Thus, we are rapidly approaching the elimination of 1% of Gaza’s population. Palestinians living in Gaza are undergoing population reduction, and Netanyahu wants to depopulate the Palestinians living in  Gaza; dead or alive.

The mentality of Israel’s war cabinet and military is so crazed, that the IDF ignored a white flag, the international recognized signal for surrender, raised by three Israeli hostages, and opened fire on them. Killing them despite shouts for help in Hebrew by one hostage.

Israel is attempting to protect itself from blame for slaughtering thousands of innocent civilians in Gaza with the shield of antisemitism. In Washington DC, officials of both parties fall over themselves accusing anyone who criticizes the state of Israel as an antisemite. Yes, antisemitism exists, I have been the victim of it, but Israel is the only nation whose actions cannot be challenged without being clubbed as an antisemite. This protection racket must end.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (Courtesy of Wikipedia)

Netanyahu Must Go

The citizens of Israel made a grave mistake returning Netanyahu to power as prime minister. The Hamas attack on October 7, exposed the complete failure of Netanyahu and his cabinet to protect Israel, despite boasting of their intelligence and military prowess. This includes having in their possession the plans by Hamas for their invasion against Israel for over a year.

Some of my Jewish friends who dislike Netanyahu, Gaza, asked me: how should Israel have responded to the October 7th attack? My answer is clear: recognize that the policy of occupation of Gaza and the West Bank,  by Israel has been an unmitigated failure. And now is the time to rethink the future of Israel and Palestine. The first step is to remove Netanyahu from office. He is not capable of protecting Israel citizens. Secondly, returning to the basic principles of the Oslo Accords of 1993-1995,as a preliminary starting point for a new approach to peace in the region.

Netanyahu is a racist and antisemite against the Arab people. He is not shy about is desire to drive Palestinians out of Gaza and expand Jewish settlements to populate the West Bank. At the beginning of the IDF offensive, Netanyahu wanted to force Egypt to accept Palestinians as part of an “ethnic cleansing” of Gaza. Netanyahu is on record opposing a unified Palestinian state. It is well documented that for many years Netanyahu has facilitated the transfer of funds to Hamas to enable their independence from the Palestine Liberation Organization  (PLO). This was done, as he admits, to weaken the PLO and prevent a unified Palestinian effort for an independent Palestinian state.

Netanyahu has always opposed the creation of an independent Palestinian nation, and to the apparent dismay of the Biden administration, still opposes a Two State solution today.

Al-Shifa Hospital Complex, Gaza (Courtesy news.sky.com)

Carnage Does Not Beget Peace

For example. Examine the unnecessary murderous assault on the al- Shifa hospital. The largest, best equipped medical facility in Gaza, which in addition to caring for hundreds of patients also provided shelter to crowds of Palestinians seeking refuge from Israeli bombs raining down on them. Thousands of displaced Palestinians and civilians in need of medical care and protection sheltered in and around this complex of buildings.

Netanyahu and the IDF propagandized that underneath al-Shifa was a military hub of Hamas. These unsubstantiated allegations were shamelessly repeated by every U.S. official, and public spokesperson, including President Biden. To this day, weeks after the November 15th assault, Israel has had the opportunity to display proof, yet no evidence has been presented. Requests for more conclusive evidence from both U.S. and Israeli officials have been stonewalled with claims of “classified information.”  All that has been disclosed so far is a network of tunnels under the hospital complex, which exists almost everywhere throughout Gaza.

According to a December 21 article in The Washington Post, all that was revealed by the Israeli government was:

  • The rooms connected to the tunnel network discovered by IDF troops showed no immediate evidence of military use by Hamas.
  • None of the five hospital buildings identified appeared to be connected to the tunnel network.
  • There is no evidence that the tunnels could be accessed from inside hospital wards.

The Post reports that medical facilities are afforded special protection — even in times of war — losing their status only “while they are being used outside their medical function to commit acts harmful to the enemy,” according to Adil Haque, a law professor at Rutgers University.

The IDF siege and attack on al-Shifa resulted in hundreds of deaths.

Civilian Punishment Will Fail

Robert Pape writing in Foreign Affairs magazine (12/6/23), makes several valid observations in his article, Israel’s Failed Bombing Campaign in Gaza: Collective Punishment Won’t Defeat Hamas.

Carpet bombing campaigns are unsuccessful throughout history. They tend to increase the resolve of the population to reist. The disproportionate numbers of Hamas fighters killed compared to the number of Palestinian civilians, will only intensify their belief that Israel wants to eliminate their existence in Gaza.

Pape writes: Israel is almost certainly producing more terrorists than it is killing, since each dead civilian will have family and friends eager to join Hamas to exact revenge. Mass civilian punishment has not convinced Gaza’s residents to stop supporting Hamas. To the contrary, it has only heightened resentment among Palestinian

According to some experts, for every Palestinian murdered, two-five Palestinians will become new recruits for Hamas. The brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers, who watched their families and, especially their children perish, will seethe with hatred of Israel for years, decades, and quite possibly generations. Thus, the current indiscriminate or maybe intentional mass deaths of Palestinians is sowing the seeds for continued armed conflict, not security.

Pape continues: …a vast portion of the more than 500,000 Palestinian men between the ages of 18 and 34 are now ripe recruits for Hamas or other Palestinian groups seeking to target Israel and its civilians…

There is every reason to think that Israel’s renewed military occupation of Gaza—“for an indefinite period,” according to Netanyahu—will lead to a new, perhaps larger wave of suicide attacks against Israeli civilians.

Netanyahu and the IDF murdering innocent civilians by the tens of thousands will not eliminate Hamas or prevent Hamas 2.0 from emerging. They should have learned from history: you cannot defeat an ideology through kinetic warfare.

A New Mind-Set Needed

As long as Netanyahu remains in power there will be no Two State solution. There will be no peace and no future security for Israel. That much is clear, but his removal alone will not resolve the conflict.

The only long-term basis for security for these two Semitic cultures is to establish a common aim that is in the long term interest of both Israelis and Palestinians.

How do achieve this?

We start with the fact that we are all human beings and are all more alike than different. The universal principle that bonds us uniquely as the human race is, we are the only species with a mind capable of creative imagination. No other living creature or non-living machine is capable of producing creative thought. This makes every human life sacred and every child precious. Human beings, unlike animals, have the ability to think about and act on the present for the future. All human beings have the same aspirations for their children and grandchildren, to live a better life than their parents.

There is no easy resolution to this long-standing conflict, except to act in a way that would normally be considered impossible. Let us stand on the shoulders of history to obtain security and peace for future generations of Palestinians and Israelis.

In Europe during the first half of the 17th century, eight million people during died in the Thirty Years War, which ended with the famous 1648 Treaty of Westphalia.

 Article 1 of the treaty stipulated: …That this Peace and Amity be observ’d and cultivated with such a Sincerity and Zeal, that each Party shall endeavour to procure the Benefit, Honour and Advantage of the other;

Article 2 stipulated: That there shall be on the one side and the other a perpetual Oblivion, Amnesty, or Pardon of all that has been committed since the beginning of these Troubles…

To wit: each belligerent must act for the benefit of the other, and all crimes committed in the past must be forgotten and pardoned. It will be hard for the belligerents to acknowledge and accept these principles, but there is no other path forward, except more suffering, more killing and more bloodshed.

Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin with PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat(courtesy of peacelink.it)

Israel and Palestine should move in the direction of the process of the Oslo Accords (1993-1995) with an emphasis on fulfilling the common aims of both people. This will require a joint economic development program using the talents and resources of both peoples and nations, for the long-term benefits of future generations. Prejudices do not die quickly, but by acting in the interest of the other, they can be diminished over time.

Not surprisingly, then leader of the Likud Party, Benjamin Netanyahu, led the opposition to the extraordinary peace agreement between Arafat and Rabin.

The opposition’s response was shrill; from the start its leaders charged Rabin with endangering the country, and even with perfidy. Benjamin Netanyahu told [Rabin’s ally] Foreign Minister Shimon Perez in a Knesset debate: ‘You are much worse than the British prime minister Neville Chamberlain, because Chamberlain threatened the security and freedom of another nation, while you are threatening the security and freedom of your own nation.’ A newspaper advertisement run by the opposition parties—and approved by Netanyahu, according to daily Ha’aretz newspaper—said ‘The people rise up against the treason of the of the Rabin…We are not prepared to obey the laws of the government. (Horovitz)

Let us emulate the transformation of former Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin, who was a commander in the Israel’s wars of 1948 and 1967, but lost his life tragically, as a warrior for peace. He was killed in 1995, by a right-wing Jewish fanatic, who opposed Rabin’s commitment to peace with Palestine.
